Joining the MHMS PTA is quick and easy! Click the button below to download the membership form to your computer. Complete the form, include your payment and return the form & payment in an envelope, marked "PTA", to school with your student or drop it off at the office. You can also join the PTA at any of our hosted events.

Memberships dues: $20 for a family membership, $15 for an individual, and $10 for teachers. Please make checks payable to “Murray Hill PTA”.
